Contel supplies customers with electrical panels, instrumentation and controls from the sophisticated panel design and build plant in Petah Tikva, Israel.

Contel provides the detailed design, electrical drawings, and bill of quantities, as well as manufacturing the panels and testing them in accordance with test specifications prepared in advance.

Thanks to our stringent production methodology, customers save time getting their production facilities up and running, and increase the efficiency of their work and maintenance processes.

The production plant, storage and testing areas stretch across over 800 sq.m. of hall space.

 The production plant offers salient benefits by combining the knowledge and availability of the Company’s engineers and technicians.

Design and implementation are interlinked, and the final tests include computerized testing of all the equipment down to the last clamp.  

The testing stage includes execution of adjustments to the control and communications systems, and performance of acceptance tests in accordance with stringent quality assurance procedures controlled by the Standards Institution of Israel.

Our activity in the area of production includes:

  • Electrical and control panels based on programmable controllers. The panels incorporate all the elements required on the production floor, including instrumentation, measurement devices, computerized displays, industrial communications switches, and special connectors, according to the customer requirements, etc.
  • Electrical panels that incorporate strong current switching equipment including high power variable‑speed drives and integrated control systems.
  • Special instrumentation panels and instrumentation stands – Contel specializes in the detailed design and production of sampling panels and stands for analytical instrumentation used in the measurement of gases and liquids, as well as production of stainless steel and Teflon sampling pipes. Contel also designs and builds according to standards for installations in explosive environments, as required in the chemical and petrochemical industries.
  • Special custom-tailored panels: the panel design and build plant has extensive experience in building prototypes and special panels in accordance with specific customer needs, and in compliance with safety, availability and explosive environment standards.
